At Touched by an Angel, we use a SuperFrecator cauterization machine, based on technology that has been clinically proven for more than thirty years. The machine uses a high-frequency electrical current that delivers a precise spark through a micro-needle to cauterize and desiccate skin blemishes. Since the micro-needle remains above the surface, it never penetrates the skin. As the growth is removed, a natural protective coating or scab develops that covers the treated area. Within the next few days, the scab will fall off and be replaced by healthy new skin cells. In most cases, there will be no visible indication of the previous growth.
